I write this with a very sad heart.
Many of you know of my situation….I have many health conditions….so I have been in and out of the hospital many times, I currently live in my best friends house but they are selling the house soon.
As a result of the house selling I am moving into an independent living/assisted living facility that only allows two cats. I have three….Pee Wee, Cash and Cloud… all together forming the Overlords.
I live in a suburb just north of Detroit, MI.
Pee Wee is the newest to bond with us, a 3 year old female, all of her claws, the most shy… but she does bond but just takes a little but of coaxing but once she does look out you have a friend for life. She is a wonderful compabion and loves to be petted and taken into your lap.
I do not just want to give her up to anyone, I’d rather give her up to a friend on here, someone I know so I can keep track of her. The only other option that I have is to give her to a no kill shelter near my house that I know will take care of her until some kind family adopts her… but then I will never know what happens to her.
My “roommate” was supposed to take care of her once we seperated and he got on his own but he just told me he could not and went back on his word, so now I have a month and a half to find a good home for Ms. Pee Wee.
I thought I’d write a diary starting to look, any thoughts or offers of a nice and kind home would be most welcome.
