Army Corps Of Engineers (ACofE) Has Made A Decision About Dakota Access Pipeline And Will Announce That Decision As Early As Friday February 10th.
3 Days (Thursday February 9th); Until Indigenous And Environmental Groups Around The Country Hand Deliver To The Door, Copies Of Every Comment Sent, About The Environmental Impact Study. (though the deadlines was originally 2/20), this sudden decision means we need to rush these letters in and Pray, that they are considered before Friday's announcement.

Interactive Map: Toxic Chemical Releases in NJ1) Army Corps of Engineers (ACofE) has made a decision about pipeline - and will announce that decision as early as Friday 2/10.
2) The SRST Council, will file for injunction with the courts to stop construction - if Friday's announcement is to permit the pipeline to be completed.
3) Proceduraly, before construction can begin again, The ACofE has to send notice to Congress for approval - which is 14 day process.
4) Presidential memorandum from last week specifically asked congress to waive that 14 day process.
5) If Congress waives it, construction of the DAPL can begin IMMEDIATELY upon announcement.
Facts: 83 days -- to complete the pipeline once construction begins again 60 days -- oil can be under Lake Oahe/Missouri River once construction begins again
